DIY Nursery Blocks

Do you have a brand new baby? Or know someone who is expecting? I have a dear friend expecting her first baby and I’m throwing a baby shower for her at my home. I’m in the process of putting all the decorations together and I made the┬ánursery blocks* above. I will use them as part of the table decor. These were so simple to make! I used four wood cubes, alphabet stickers, a cloud punch and matte mod-podge.

    1. Once you have the clouds punched are ready to go, place it on one side of the wood block.
    2. Apply Matte Mod-Podge, using a foam brush. Let it dry for 10 minutes.
    3. Use the alphabet stickers on the opposite side of the cloud side and stick it.
    4. Repeat step #2 for all sides of the block.

Very cute blocks, nice they can be decoration for baby’s room after shower. You’re a good friend to give a baby shower. The banner is really cute, love colors. Is that for baby’s room also? Hope shower goes very well and everybody has good time. Happy summer days

Hello! Thank you for your sweet words :) I’m so excited to throw this baby shower ;) It will be a team effort, I have a friend bringing the food and I will provide the home, decorations and games ;)
Then, to answer your question, yes, the banner would be for the baby’s room ;)
