Spring is finally here and the sunshine is exposing all the dust collected during Winter. Getting the motivation to do a deep cleaning for my home takes at least two cups of coffee and very cool cleaning supplies! Today I’m sharing with you how I put together my first Spring DIY inspired by Lemi Shine awesome natural and safe cleaning products.
Lemi Shine’s line of cleaning supplies has a delicious citrus smell since their main ingredients are 100% natural citrus extracts. So I went to the grocery store and asked the flower attendant which flower smelled the most citrusy. She answered me: Citrus flower! Ha, so simple. Here are the materials you will need to put together my spring flower arrangement.
DIY Spring flower arrangement tutorial
- Citrus flower greens
- Ranunculus flowers
- Two faux leather rectangles (I found mine at my local Michael’s craft store.)
- E6000 glue
Begin with a square or rectangular vase and create a grid with tape like shown in photo number one.
Separate a few sprigs of citrus flower greens.
Put aside a few stems of ranunculus flowers.
Insert one flower stem at a time in between the “squares” made by the tape grid from photo # 01. Do the same with a few citrus flower’s sprigs.
Cut two rectangles of pink faux leather.
Glue both ends of rectangles to fit around your vase.
