Metal caddy for craft supplies.
My craft supplies keep growing and growing and it was time to organize them. About a month ago I was eyeing a metal caddy for utensils at Bartells, but it was $19.99 and I didn’t want to pay that much…
About a week ago, it went on sale for $9 and I grabbed one. Instead of a caddy for utensils, I saw the potential for storing supplies, pens, stamps etc. I used a roll of American Crafts Aqua 5/8 glitter tape, ColorBox Crafter’s “Aruba” ink for wood and fabric, a small alphabet stamp set and glue.
First I started taping the top of the caddy with glitter tape. Then I cut small triangles of tape to decorate one side of the caddy. I followed the same process for the other side of the caddy but this time I divided the other side of the caddy in thirds, mimicking the space of the inside of the caddy divider.
Finally I labeled each side with the main supplies I will store in the caddy. The stamp ink for wood/fabric requires for you have to use a heat tool and once the ink was dry, the labels turned out pretty readable.
While waiting for the ink to dry I proceeded to use more glitter tape on five metal buckets I also had found on sale at Bartells for $1.50 each. Then instead of labeling each bucket with the alphabet stamp set, I designed a set of labels for each bucket. Please take a look below to see the results and materials I used.

Small metal bucket, Martha Stewart crafting glue, mat stack sticker paper in black. Cloud puncher and aqua glitter tape. White roller ball pen.
I hope you get inspired to organize your crafts supplies or office supplies or any nick knacks you might have lying around ;) Thank you for reading!
