contentment

[kuh n-tent-muh nt]
noun
the state of being contented; satisfaction; ease ofmind.

Are you content? Contentment is a word we use a lot at home. If you have children, by now you know little or big kids are always asking for more. Aren’t we all? However, children also can get excited about the little things in life.
During the next few months leading up to Thanksgiving, I’d like to capture my children’s thoughts about what makes them content. What are you content for? My oldest’s answer was: “My best friend lives across from our house!” My daughter’s immediate response was “cookies!” Maybe this pin board can make you think of a simple or big blessing in your life you are content with.

I only used three materials to put my pin board together. First, I found my corkboard  wall decor at Target. Then this weekend I made a quick shopping trip to “Papersource” and found glitter alphabet stickers from “Meri, Meri.” Finally, I used a ruler and spelled “I am content for” on the corkboard and voila, I was done.  This is what I call a super fast craft!
MATERIALS RECAP:
  1. Threshhold corkboard wall decor from Target
  2. Glitter alphabet stickers from “Meri, Meri” found at Papersource
  3. Grey A4 bar notecards from Papersource

This is super cute, Ursula! I love the idea of being content too. Something I could probably work on.
