Make a Pair of Trendy Tartan Earrings

2015/01/05

I’ve been pinning quite a few tartan scarfs, combo outfits with tartan jackets and a glittery plaid skirt. I love this trend, even if it’s not “in trend;” a tartan pattern is always a classic.

Today I’m sharing with you how to make a pair of tartan earrings. The tutorial could not be easier!

Aren’t these fun? I took a few selfies wearing them… Ugh, I don’t like the word selfie… But I wanted to show you how these look on.

Shop the materials I used:

  2. Lace Edge Setting Gold for 25mm Cabochon
  3. Earrings Posts in Gold
  4. Aleene Super Gel

Have your been wearing any tartan accessories or clothing? I would love to hear from you.

These are fantastic, I love the plaid! And that tiny gold scalloped edge detail is perfection. Thanks so much for linking these up to The Creative Collection Link Party.

      Hello Jennifer,
I’m pretty sure the beads I used come in a blue palette and purple too! They are so pretty ;) Thank you for stopping by!
