There are times when I consider crafting as a form of therapy. I look forward to a little bit of quiet time while all three kids are in school, but this time is usually short-lived.
Do you have a specific time when you craft? Maybe the evenings, solely on the weekend or? I try to squeeze in crafting time during the week but “down” time is pretty limited. I keep thinking, I will decorate my bedroom when all kids are in school, or I will do this when I have more time. But as the season of “more time” approaches, I don’t see any “more time” taking place.
My three little ones are growing fast, and the physical demands of raising a child are diminishing but boy, the emotional demands are ramping up for sure!
Now back to the lovely craft I’m showing you today! I made my “rosewood bowl” ring dish using a DIY kit from a company called “For the makers.” I was immediately sold on the kit by the fact that all the projects had a blush pink color palette!
Do you recall a time when you made a purchase solely based on the color of the item? I’ve been crushing on blush pink for a while now, and if I could I would decorate an entire room based on this color.

These wood beads are from a project I did last year using beads, elastic fold-over and rubber stamps.
I made a few leather bracelets for Christmas gifts. View how I made these here.
The bracelet shown above was super easy to make. View more details about my gem stone bracelet here.
Don’t you think this blush pink color is to die for? I am in the process of making another craft with this color using acrylic paint.
Be ready to see more projects with a blush pink palette! Winter will be over soon my dear East coast readers and Easter is coming soon too.
