Every day my little girl is closer to turning 7, and her crafting skills are taking off! I can’t take full credit for these gift tags since she picked the card stock and metallic tape and a few rubber stamps too! Where did the time go? I’m beyond happy that I can spend time making cards with her. But come on; she was a baby not so long ago. I’m trying my best to enjoy this time without going crazy amidst the emotional breakdowns that come along with this age.
These are the materials we used:
- Rubberstamp cloud (similar) + black pigment pad
- 2×3 light pink card stock business cards
- Typewriter rubberstamp from this set
- Copper metallic washi tape
- More metallic washi tape
- Pineapple rubberstamp
We will probably use these for teacher’s gifts at school and any extra will go in her “folder” where she keeps all the crafts she’s made with me ;) This morning I put together one gift (we have 3 more to go) and since she loves wrapping presents, she’ll do the rest.
Happy crafting!
Ursula

You are building some wonderful memories with your daughter that you’ll both cherish for rest of your lives. Hopefully someday she’ll be able to do same with her daughter. I”m sure many of bloggers will feel same way about making those memories with their kids. I can remember making Christmas ornaments with my 3 older kids soon after we moved to CO Springs from Tucson. They still remember doing that, we had great time and have ornaments to show for it.Why do those years have to fly by so quickly? I’d love to be able to raise my kids all over again. Enjoy those special times with your daughter. Happy week
Oh thank you my dear Jane Ellen! I know these days go by fast and taking it one day at a time :)
