My blog is named after two materials I love to work with: “Kraft” paper and the color “mint”. When I started my blog, it didn’t take me long to pick a name. I thought of these two materials and decided to launch kraft&mint!
It sounds easy, right? Far from it. Three years of blogging has been a labor of love spending many hours brainstorming, crafting, photographing my work, writing about it and enjoying the heck out of blogging.
So it is very appropriate for me to share how the color mint inspired me to design a few crafts around this color, printables and picking clothes too.
Do you have a color that you adore and if you could buy anything and everything in that color, which color would it be?
- Mint is color that calms me down
- Design for KEEP Collective
- Keep going printable design
- Printable design for tinyrprints
- A pastel Christmas
- One step hexagon rings
- Easter graphic for blogpost
- Mother daughter Easter dresses
- My fave backpack + keychain pom DIY
- Hello Spring Printable
From top to bottom, I designed a bracelet with KEEP Collective with a mint leather bracelet, and the hashtag #maker! Super cool right? Then, “Keep going” is one of my top downloads. Every day we have a choice to either quit or keep going ;) “Be more in the moment” was my top new year resolution for 2015. I believe I’ve accomplished this by leaving my phone tucked away while spending time with my kids. Then, last Christmas, I was inspired to decorate with a pastel theme. My family loved it, and I’m thinking of keeping this tradition for the years to come!
These rings are one of my most visited crafts on the blog. You can make these in one step. Then “He is risen” is a graphic I designed for a personal blog post about my faith in Jesus.
Matching Easter dresses? Indeed! Well, not super matchy, I chose a mint modcloth dress for me and a super cute mint dress for my daughter.
Going back to another DIY, I made a key chain pom to accessorize my mint backpack. This blogpost was featured on a blog I admire called “Poppytalk.” Swoon!
Finally, another printable design that is one of my top “downloads” called Hello Spring and a printable gift wrapping paper in mint I created two Christmases ago.
Do you have a favorite? Have you seen these on my blog before? I feel very “accomplished” making this round-up inspired by the color mint, ha! ;)
Do you have a favorite color?
