DIY pouches with beads and nail polish

Yay! I have this project done and ready to share with you. Who doesn’t need lovely pouches to store beauty supplies, accessories, and make-up? I’m using one of my pouches for hair ties and hand cream. I have another pouch with make-up essentials, and my phone goes in the main zippered container my purse came with. Having my purse well organized gives me peace.

In fact, I found a study* that says men and women spend at least ten minutes a day, trying to find misplaced items. The more organized you are, the less time you’ll waste! Mmm, what could you do with an extra ten minutes a day?

DIY pouches with beads and nail polish tutorial

1. You will need a small pouch in white. (I found mine at the dollar section of my local Target store.) I searched online for you a set of white pouches on Amazon and another option with a canvas material.
2. Then, choose three to four nail polishes in teal, yellow, and soft pink.
3. Paint the top of one round flat bead with nail polish and let the nail polish dry for thirty minutes.
4. Repeat step number three until you have around 12 beads painted.
5. Finally, use this glue to adhere each bead to the pouch.

Aren’t these lovely? The fact they are white with bright pastel dots, helps locate things in my giant purse right away.

Here is another version of a pouch with larger flat wood discs + nail polish

1. You will need another small pouch in white.
2. Then, choose two nail polishes in teal and violet.
3. Paint the bottom half of one round flat wood disc with nail polish and let if dry for thirty minutes.
4. Repeat step number three until you have around 5 or 6 wood discs painted.
5. Finally, use this glue to adhere each bead to the pouch.
