DIY Jewelry Display
Hello! How have you been? I’m multitasking trying to balance today’s chores and keeping kids away from the Xbox. But beyond excited to show you my latest project, a DIY Jewelry Display.
DIY Jewelry Display Materials
- Kid Made Modern Smarts and Crafts Bright Bundle Supply Kit
- Triangle cutout unfinished wood
- Elmers Glue
- Disc Magnets
DIY Jewelry Display tutorial
Step 1: Apply green sparkly tape starting from bottom to top of one wood triangle.
Step 2: Add pink sparkly tape like shown on the photo to the right.
Step 3: Repeat the same pattern with the sparkly tapes on another wood triangle.
Step 4: Glue both triangle wood shapes like shown in the photo to the right.
Step 5: Add a square wood piece on the back of the glued triangles shapes. This will ensure the triangle pieces have “support” and won’t split in half.
Step 6: Glue three magnet discs like shown in the photo above.
Choose a couple of pair of earrings and “stick” them to any of the magnet discs. The magnets are powerful enough to hold small earringsjewelry accessory such as a pin.
Why did I make this?
I spend a few minutes deciding what earrings to wear and if I choose the night before what will I wear the next day, then my DIY jewelry display keeps me organized. Every minute counts ;)
Happy crafting friends!
